Shipping Options

All our items are sent from UK, and usually the same day if orders are made by 3pm.
90% of UK customers choosing First Class delivery receive their items the next day.

At the Cart/Checkout stage, you have the option of choosing between or First Class Recorded shipping and Hermes Courier for a UK shipping address, or International Shipping (Tracked) for the rest of the world.

Currently, our Trackers work anywhere in the world except US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. In these countries the networks are 3G only, and don’t allow for 2G devices, however we will soon have 3G devices available. We welcome international orders from anywhere else. You can also choose to have your Tracker shipped to a different address than your billing address.

Shipping Options (which you can select at the Checkout stage)

    UK – First Class Recorded Delivery (1-3 days delivery), or free Hermes tracked courier shipping (3-5 days delivery).
    Rest of the World – Airmail (4-5 days for EU, 7-10 days for US, up to 14 days for elsewhere eg. Australia, India, South America etc)

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase, and another email to let you know that your package has been dispatched.

Payment choice is selected at the Checkout, below the address information. You will be taken to the relevant secure payment gateway, and all relevant information will be provided.

Returns

Faults

In the unlikely even that an item is found to be faulty on receipt, then we will replace or refund it for you within 28 days of the day of receipt.

On most occasions, perceived faults are a result of misread instructions or incorrect usage. For this reason, we’ve written very thorough troubleshooting guides for the devices which explain and solve the vast majority of issues (please see the back of your manual). If you have an issue that you can’t solve yourself with the help available, then we encourage detailed feedback about any usage issues or faults via the contact page. We’ll then do our best to help you solve the issue.

Once the item is received in its original condition along with the accessories, you will be issued with a refund or a replacement where appropriate. Refunds or replacements may not be given for accidental damage, misuse or negligence.

Change of Mind

You have seven days after receiving your item to change your mind. During this time you can cancel your decision by emailing via the contact page, and returning the unopened, unused item at your own expense. We will then refund the item minus a £5 postage/restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the packaging is not in perfect condition, or if all the supplied accessories are not included and in their original condition.

Your Satisfaction

We want you to be satisfied with your GPS Tracker! To make sure your expectations are met, please do read through the product page carefully to make sure you have a good understanding about what the trackers can do and how they are used. Please also make sure that you choose the right SIM card for your area and country. Some networks have blind spots in different areas.

We’re more than happy to assist in solving any issues, ambiguities or misunderstandings about using a GPS Tracker before you make a purchase.
